As a Career Counselor since 2001, I have helped hundreds of people with all their job and career search needs. I have a Master's degree in Career Development and a Master's degree in Education. I have also taught Career seminars and workshops to various groups and organizations. Additionally, I have 16 years of experience as an educator, mostly on the community college level, helping students - and continuing education adult students - succeed and achieve their educational goals. I have presented Time Management; Stress Management; Study Skills, and Memory Techniques workshops for students and non-students. I also have my own business, Andy's Improvabilities, (www.andysimprovabilities.com) in which I offer Comedy Improvisation programs, classes, parties and workshops in many organizations and groups, for all ages - and I often utilize Improv techniques in my Career Counseling work, to better help my clients and make the process more fun.
